We recently had our bathroom refurbished by Paul Thorn and the team at PTA Building Services Ltd, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, Paul and his staff were incredibly professional, polite and respectful of our home. The work was carried out in a relatively small and confined space, but the team managed everything with great care, keeping the area exceptionally clean and tidy throughout the project. Paul also designed and built some bespoke furniture to house our washing machine and dryer, which fits perfectly and makes the most of the available space. The tiling and overall craftsmanship are superb, and the attention to detail really shows in the finished bathroom. It’s clear that Paul takes great pride in his work. Paul is a great guy, who gives an honest opinion. We thought we needed an entire new back door and frame, which would have caused disruption and additional expense. He explained what needed urgently replacing and what could be re-used. The new door was fitted on the day he said at the time stated. In this day and age, very valuable, as we were not having to chase and waste our own time. Old materials removed and place left spotless. No hesitation in recommending. ~ Geoffrey D
